CB 13
A magnificient peak on the Dhaka glacier that is visible from Chandertal, CB 13 is a popular option with climbers who have sound mountaineering knowledge and want to climb in Himachal Pradesh. The approach is from Batal from where you can see the immense Bara Shigri glacier across the valley. The nearest town is Manali.

Day 01: Arrival in Manali
Day 02: Shopping and packing, in preparation for the climb
Day 03: Drive to Batal and stay there, as part of acclimatization
Day 04: Trek up the Suthadi Nullah valley to the camp at Samudra Tapu.
Day 05: Proceed to base camp at the snout of the Dhaka glacier.
Day 06: Acclimatisation hike and load-ferrying upto Advanced Base Camp and back to base camp.
Day 07: Shift to ABC, prepare for climb.
Day 08 to Day 12: Climbing days, including setting up for Camp I and II and summit days.
Day 13: Return to base camp.
Day 14: Return to Batal.
Day 15: Return to Manali
