A fairly technical peak set back in the Manali valley, Deo Tibba is popular among climbers who have good mountaineering knowledge. The approach is through the ancient village of Jagat Sukh and the nearest town is Manali.

ALTITUDE: 6001m

NUMBER OF DAYS: 16 days

GRADING: Technical

Day 01: Arrival in Manali

Day 02: Acclimatization day around Manali

Day 03: Shopping and packing, in preparation for the climb

Day 04: Drive to Jagatsukh and trek to Chikka (3500m)

Day 05: Trek from Chikka to Seri (3800m)

Day 06: Trek from Seri to Base Camp at Tenta (4000m)

Day 07: Proceed from Tenta, establish and ferry load to Advanced Base Camp (4500m)

Day 08: Shift to ABC, prepare for climb

Day 09: Proceed further and establish Camp I (4800m)

Day 10: Establish Camp II (5300m)

Days 11 and 12: Reserved for summit attempts

Day 13: Return to Base Camp at Tenta

Day 14: Rest and clean-up day at Base Camp

Day 15: Return from Tenta to Chikka

Day 16: Return to Jagatsukh and drive back to Manali
