Dome peak forms the outer boundary of the Khanak valley and situated at the head of Tso Kar. This peak is our 2010′s discovery it is 6500 m. Of course the peak can be done in 5 days and we have done it in the past however having said that what will be most important is good acclimatization. The climb on the peak can be combined either with a trek or a cycling trip. We normally like to combine it with the Manali – Leh cycling trip. Nonetheless even as stand alone climb too dome peak makes a good objective.

Day 01: Arrival in Leh
Day 02: Drive to Tso Kar and camp at Polokonko la
Day 03: Acclimatization Day.
Day 04: Summit attempt and back to Base Camp.
Day 05: Drive Back to Leh.
